1. Agreement to Terms

By installing or using the CiteDo application or web platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may uninstall the application at any time.

2. Description of Services

CiteDo provides AI search optimization (AEO/GEO) tools for e-commerce stores, including crawlability auditing, dynamic /llms.txt feed generation, Theme App Extension injection, and automated weekly defense reporting.

3. Billing & Subscriptions

CiteDo offers a Free tier and a Pro Defense subscription plan ($49/month) with a 14-day zero-risk trial period. All subscription billing is processed directly through Shopify's secure Billing API. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time within your Shopify Admin billing dashboard.

4. Limitation of Liability

CiteDo provides diagnostic insights and optimization tools based on publicly available AI model behaviors. Search engine rankings and AI model recommendations are determined autonomously by third-party search engines (OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, Anthropic). CiteDo does not guarantee specific commercial sales outcomes.
